Hier Arch Brow Pencil

The HIER ARCH pencil is available in the colour 'Brunette'. Versatile in its application. the pencil is adaptable to suit light brunette/dark blonde to dark brunette brows. 

This pencil has a creamy consistency, is highly pigmented, and is waterproof, so it stays all day. It has an ultra-fine tip, allowing you to create defined brow hair strokes. Apply soft hair strokes to the brows, then use the dual-ended tip brow brush to come through and fluff up your shape for a natural effect. Apply greater pressure with back and forth strokes to achieve a denser filled brow look.
