We’re looking for a Lash Lift & Tint Specialist to join our team at The Lab.
25–35 hours per week.
Above-award pay.
Remuneration based on experience.
Someone who is deeply skilled, calm in their delivery and takes real pride in their standard of work.
This role is perfect for someone who understands that beauty is in the detail. Someone who works with intention, has a trained eye and knows how to hold space for a client while delivering consistent, beautiful results.
Role Overview.
You’ll be our go-to for lash lifts and tints, offering high-quality, natural enhancements in a calm, elevated environment.
We’re looking for a specialist, not a generalist—someone who genuinely loves this work and wants to keep refining their craft within a team that values excellence.
Responsibilities.
- Perform lash lifts and tints with confidence, precision and care.
- Manage your own time and workspace to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and professional service standards.
- Educate clients on aftercare and retention.
- Support the studio with stock control, preparation and small shared tasks.
- Hold space for clients in a calm, professional, friendly and warm way.

Qualities We’re Looking For.
- Detail-obsessed: You care about the small things, and your work shows it.
- Gentle confidence: You know your craft and hold space calmly.
- Self-led: You manage your time, mindset and clients independently.
- Consistent: Your results don’t fluctuate from one day to the next.
- Open to growth: You’re always looking to refine and improve.
- Quietly passionate: You love what you do, and it shows in how you show up.
- Professional: You balance warmth with boundaries and always respect the client experience.
Experience Required.
- Prior training or certification in lash lifting and tinting.
- A minimum of one year’s experience performing lash lifts and tints.
- Confidence working with all lash types and adapting technique.
- Confidence recommending aftercare products and complementary services.
Bonus: Experience with brows, though not essential.
We’re looking for a Brow Specialist to join the team at The Lab.
25–35 hours per week.
Above-award pay.
Remuneration based on experience.
Someone who treats brows like an art form and understands that how you carry out the work matters just as much as the result.
This isn’t a rushed, high-volume role. We’re known for our precision, our elevated environment and the care we put into every appointment. We’re looking for someone who respects that energy—and adds to it.
Role Overview.
You’ll be responsible for delivering beautiful, tailored brow services that align with The Lab’s signature aesthetic and standard.
You’ll work independently but within a deeply supportive, creative and accountable team.
Responsibilities.
- Perform precise brow shaping, tinting and dyeing.
- Tailor each appointment to suit individual face structure and preferences.
- Educate clients on maintenance, aftercare and realistic expectations.
- Manage your own time and workspace to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a clean, calm and elevated service environment.
- Support the studio with small shared tasks and collaborative energy.
- Uphold The Lab’s brand, standards and aesthetic in how you work and present.

- Self-aware: You’re grounded, receptive to feedback and always evolving.
- Detail-oriented: You notice what others miss.
- Professional: You balance warmth and boundaries with ease.
- Calm and consistent: No ego, no drama—just solid work and grounded energy.
