Alex Cox-Taylor
Alex Cox-Taylor BSc (Hons) MAAESS AEP (Director/Exercise Physiologist) is an exercise physiologist from the UK who has worked with elite athletes and organisations in London and the USA. Alex has a particular passion for people and performance. Barry Rudd
Barry Rudd BApp Sc (HMST – ExSci) MAAESS is a senior Exercise Physiologist with The Lab. With a background in rehabilitation from injury, increased sporting performance, and maximising individuals potential regardless of barriers; he will ensure your time exercising is as productive as possible. Barry studied Human Movements at UQ and has an infectious ability to get people motivated even when things are tough and health and fitness objectives seem a long way off.
Barry combines his sporting background with his training and exercise physiology knowledge to provide a personally tailored exercise plan that is assured to have you seeing results. Barry is interested in helping people change lifestyle habits and choices so that they can lead healthier, happier and longer lives Barry also has a keen interest in functional training and optimizing individuals to perform their best. Mauricio Bara
Mauricio is in his final year of study at the Univesity of Qld. He has worked with many different types and has a passion for applying exercise physiology to a variety of situations. Jessica Singleton
Jessica Singleton GradDipExSc(Rehab), BHMvt(ExRehab), ESSAM, AEP studied at Charles Sturt University graduating in 2010. Jessica is passionate about Pilates and adapting her classes to aid in the management of lower back pain and improving pelvic floor strength in post natal women. She enjoys taking small group classes, whether it is Pilates, boxing fitness or strength and cardio. She is interested in the rehabilitation side of exercise, in particular neurological conditions and working with people of any age or fitness levels.
