Alex has a particular passion for people and performance. Alex specialises in developing people within organisations to reach their individual goals and the goals of the organisation.

Alister

Alister Murray BApp Sc (HMS) (Hons) MAAESS AEP (Director/Exercise Physiologist) a leading professional within human movement science having graduated from the University of Queensland. Alister will ensure your time is used to its most productive. Be it rehabilitation from injury, sports performance enhancement or simply losing a few extra pounds Alister’s wealth of experience and passion for human potential will enable you to reach your optimum in life.

Alister has extensive experience in designing individual exercise based programs for people with a variety of needs and abilities. Alister thoroughly enjoys improving the quality of life of others through inspiring them to realise their full potential in spite of any limitations they may face.

Barry

Barry Rudd BApp Sc (HMST - ExSci) MAAESS is a an experienced athlete and sports trainer. Barry studied Human Movements at UQ and is a keen AFL player for the UQ side. Barry has an infectious ability to get people motivated even when things are tough and health and fitness objectives seem a long way off.

Barry combines his sporting background with his training and exercise physiology knowledge to provide a fun and fast paced training environment that is guaranteed to get you hooked. Barry also has a keen interest in functional training and optimizing individuals to perform their best.

Claire

Claire Stocks (Grad Dip Ex Science: Ex Rehab) MAAESS is a graduate from Victoria University having studied a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science and Exercise Rehabilitation. Claire has extensive personal history in many aspects of group and individual sport, and has a passion for many recreational sports including snowboarding.

Claire combines her knowledge of Exercise Physiology with her zest for life and beliefs in the benefits of exercise for everyday life to develop an integrative and fun, yet challenging, program that will enable you to handle any situation.

Claire has a particular interest in healthy living and how exercise physiology can be applied to help people reach their potential and enjoy an active life.

Mauricio

Mauricio is in his final year of study at the Univesity of Qld. He has worked with many different types and has a passion for applying exercise physiology to a variety of situations. Mauricio is passionate about the role exercise physiology has in the community and wishes to help promote the discipline and help take it to the next level.

Lee Clark is a graduate from the UK who specialises in team sports. Lee brings a broad understanding of various roles and team sports with an ability to get the best from people.
