Cardiovascular training; more commonly known as a cardio session is a form of high intensity exercise training that is aimed at building exercise endurance and burning excess calories – resulting in weight loss.
This program will aim to get your heart rate up through high paced movements and exercises.
The reason to do cardio sessions does not end with weight loss though; there are a number of health benefits that you will receive from a regular cardio program which include;
